  I rented a pontoon boat there for the weekend. I called to see if one was available to rent for the first weekend of July in March. The owner, Tom, kept telling me to call back for weeks. Finally, he said I could rent the boat for 2 days. $400....I get there and he is the biggest jerk! He wrote down the wrong days I requested to rent the boat and called me an extra $200 for his mistake!!! He couldn't have been any more rude to me than he was. I kept being polite and answering his questions as he asked, but he kept being more of a jerk and just flat out rude. My best friend just bought a lake house in crystal falls, so it wasn't like we were from out of town. I'll never go back here again. If you plan on spending hundreds of dollars, go some place you will be respected.
